How we hire — four steps, roughly two weeks

- Conversation — 30-minute call with a hiring lead. Two-way fit check — we tell you exactly what the role looks like, you tell us what you're hunting for.
- Working session — A real, paid mini-project drawn from work we actually do. No leetcode brainteasers — just the kind of problem you'd see week one.
- Decision — We move fast. Most candidates hear back within 7 business days of their final round, with a clear yes/no and feedback either way.

- EdTech Product Lead (American Adaptive · Remote (U.S.)) — Drive product strategy for K-12 AI tooling. Background in district/school operations or instructional design strongly preferred. Apply
- Client Partner (Enterprise · Remote (U.S.) · 25% travel) — Own a portfolio of executive relationships, scope new engagements, and keep delivery on the rails. Consultative seller, not a quota-chaser. Apply
- Senior AI Engineer (Enterprise · Remote (U.S.)) — Ship production AI systems for Fortune 500 clients. Strong Python, LLMs, evals, and a track record of taking models from notebook to live traffic. Apply
- CMMC Certified Assessor (LCCA, CCA & CCP) ( · Remote (U.S.)) — We are seeking multiple experienced Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA & CCP)) to support and help scale our Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) assessment capabilities.
